About xPresso Studios

Enterprise experience, hometown roots.

xPresso Studios is a Lehigh Valley software studio founded by Gregory Reese, a software architect who traded big-company projects for building technology with, and for, his neighbors.

Meet the founder

Hi, I'm Greg.

I was born in Allentown, studied at Penn State, and today I live in Bethlehem. The Lehigh Valley has always been home.

For the past 20 years I've worked in application development and software architecture, designing and building systems for Fortune 500 companies in oil & gas, finance, and manufacturing. That work taught me how to build software that is secure, scalable, and dependable when real money and real operations are on the line.

Along the way, I noticed something: the businesses I care most about, the shops, restaurants, practices, contractors, and startups right here in the Valley, rarely get access to that level of engineering. Big consultancies are too expensive and too slow, and quick-fix solutions don't hold up.

So I started xPresso Studios to close that gap: enterprise-grade software, delivered with the speed, flexibility, and personal attention a local business deserves.

Why “xPresso”?

Express software, with a shot of espresso.

The name started with a simple idea: local businesses deserve express software options. You shouldn't have to wait months or sign a massive contract to get technology that helps.

Add a love of good coffee and the best conversations happening over a cup, and xPresso was born. It's why every project starts the same way: with a coffee and a real conversation about your business.

Working with Greg

What to expect

You talk to the builder

No account managers or hand-offs. The person you meet at the first conversation is the one writing your code.

Straight answers

I'll tell you what something will take, what could go wrong, and when you don't need custom software at all.

Security from day one

Habits from finance and energy carry over: backups, access controls, and updates are part of the build, not an afterthought.

Built for whoever comes next

Clear documentation and mainstream tools, so any capable developer could pick up where I left off.

Let's grab a coffee in Allentown, Bethlehem, or Easton.

I'd love to hear what you're building or what's getting in your way. Pick a spot you like, and I'll bring the questions.
